Troubleshooting Teams not opening on your Android phone after a password change.

This document will help troubleshoot issues with opening up either the Teams app or Outlook app on your Android device.
  1. 1st close the Teams app on your phone
  2. Then uninstall the Outlook app on your phone
  3. Restart your phone
    1. NOTE: This is a very important step 
  4. Then re-install the Outlook app
  5. Log in to your account with your new credentials 
    1. Make sure you get the MFA prompt
  6. Once you are successful with logging into Outlook then launch Teams
    1. Teams should log right in.
