What does the login page look like?
When you log in to many of our systems, you should see a page like this:
You will see this login screen for FVTC email, Blackboard access, and many FVTC Applications.
For username, enter your FvtcID@fvtc.edu. Example:
How do I set my Employee password?
Set your password at the Password Reset Page.
Instructions to browse to the password reset page
Browse to www.fvtc.edu > Employees > Reset Password
Once you complete the Captcha, you will be directed to send codes to a current phone number or email on your staff account to reset your password:
Why am I being asked to register my information?
The Microsoft password tool needs your information to connect your account.
While some of your data from HR will pull through, in order to let you set the information you are comfortable with, this will be a separate entry from your official HR record.

Can I update my information to reset my password on my own?
Yes, you can use the online tool to do this:

How do students reset passwords?
Students will reset their passwords at My Account Dashboard.
Instructions to browse to the Student Password Reset page
Browse to www.fvtc.edu > Students > Reset Password
If you are still unable to get into your account, you can try clicking the link under your name to Update MFA Settings.
