Our sites do not allow you to sign in with your email address—you must enter your username. If your computer or web browser automatically populate your email address on our Sign in page, please select the lower option to "Use another account" where you will be prompted to enter your username. Failure to use your username for our sites may result in the error "AADSTS50020: User account example@example.com from identity provider example.com does not exist in tenant 'Fox Valley Technical College'...".

Recover your account: If you receive the error "This username may be incorrect. Make sure you typed it correctly. Otherwise, contact your admin.", please ensure that you are entering your correct nine-digit account ID number followed by "@fvtc.edu" (example 123456789@fvtc.edu). If your account is not found when attempting to recover your account, please return to our site and proceed to request a new account.
