Troubles Signing In?
Username: Your username for our sites is your nine-digit account ID number followed by "@fvtc.edu" (example: 123456789@fvtc.edu). Our sites do not allow you to sign in with your email address—you must enter your username. If your computer or web browser automatically populate your email address on our Sign in page, please select the lower option to "Use another account" where you will be prompted to enter your username. Failure to use your username for our sites may result in the error "AADSTS50020: User account example@example.com from identity provider example.com does not exist in tenant 'Fox Valley Technical College'...".

Recover your account: If you receive the error "This username may be incorrect. Make sure you typed it correctly. Otherwise, contact your admin.", please ensure that you are entering your correct nine-digit account ID number followed by "@fvtc.edu" (example 123456789@fvtc.edu). If you are, your account was likely deactivated due to enrollment inactivity. Use the following link to reactivate your account: FVTC | Recover your FVTC Account. If your account is not found when attempting to recover your account, please return to our site and proceed to request a new account.
Verify your identity: Your account is secured with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). If you are unable to complete the Verify your identity request after entering your password, please call our IT Helpdesk at 920-735-5644 and we would be happy to assist in updating the contact information on your account or provide you with a Temporary Access Pass.
