View a Recorded Meeting
- Log into your Office 365 account from the Staff Login page.
- Look for the Stream icon on your opening dashboard -- OR --
- Click on the box icon in the top left corner and look for Stream.
- Click on the My Content tab to view.
- Use one of the options to view your previous meetings:
- Groups: Meetings held within a Team Channel
- Meetings: Your scheduled meetings
HELP! How can I add a viewer who was NOT in my meeting (FVTC Staff or Student)?
- Log into your Office 365 account from the Staff Login page.
- Look for the Stream icon on your opening dashboard -- OR --
- Click on the box icon in the top left corner and look for Stream.
- Click on the My Content > Videos tab to view your recordings.
- Click on the Pencil icon to the right of the video you want to share with another student or staff member.
- In the Permissions Section, make sure People is selected and type in the name of the person you wish to access the video.
- You may select individuals, or use DL lists in the address book.
- Click on Apply at the top of your page to save changes.
HELP! How can I add a viewer who is NOT an FVTC Staff member or student?
- Log into your Office 365 account from the Staff Login page.
- Look for the Stream icon on your opening dashboard -- OR --
- Click on the box icon in the top left corner and look for Stream.
- Click on the My Content > Meetings tab to view your meeting recording.
- Click on the three dots to the right of the meeting you wish to share.
- Click on the Download Video option.
- Depending on your browser, you may be prompted to save the video or it will go to your Downloads folder.
- Create a folder in your OneDrive (Recommended, but note you can share either the file or the folder).
- Transfer downloaded video file into your new folder.
