Teams | How to schedule a Teams Meeting
This provides steps to create a teams meeting by any staff member.
- Open your Outlook
- There are two ways to create a team meeting
- Click on New Appointment
- Set your date, time and invitees
- Click on Teams Meeting in the Ribbon.
- Type the body of your meeting invite above that new link in the appointment.
- Click Directly on Teams Meeting Icon in the Ribbon
- Link will automatically appear and you can set you meeting parameters
