Web Ignite

Web Ignite is the software that departments use to manage inbound phone calls.  Each staff member must use Web Ignite to control their status in a main department queue.  The primary functions are Log in/out, Join/Leave a queue, and Make Busy.  Features in this software are NOT available to all staff on all phones. 

To log into Web Ignite:

  • Open a Chrome browser and enter 10.5.40.18/ignite

Login Pop-Up

  • Login:  enter "fvtc\username" (username is the same nine digit ID number as your network login)
  • Password:  (password is the same as network login).
  • Click Sign In.
