Mitel | Using the Call Center Web Interface Software (Web Ignite)
Web Ignite is the software that departments use to manage inbound phone calls. Each staff member must use Web Ignite to control their status in a main department queue. The primary functions are Log in/out, Join/Leave a queue, and Make Busy. Features in this software are NOT available to all staff on all phones.
To log into Web Ignite:
- Open a Chrome browser and enter 10.5.40.18/ignite
- Login: enter "fvtc\username" (username is the same nine digit ID number as your network login)
- Password: (password is the same as network login).
- Click Sign In.
