Resetting an Administrative Account password
This document explains the process of resetting an administrative account password.
NOTE: This process only works if the account password is not expired.
IF YOUR ADMIN PASSWORD HAS ALREADY EXPIRED, YOU MUST CALL THE HELPDESK (920.735.5644)
To reset your administrative account password, please do the following:

- Go to the college website: www.fvtc.edu
- Click on Staff
- Scroll down and click on Reset Password
- Log in with your administrative account, followed by @fvtc.edu. (i.e.- a123456789@fvtc.edu)
- Verify your phone number.
If you do not have a phone number or email listed, please call the helpdesk: 920.735.5644 - Enter your new password and confirm it.
