New AV Classroom System
Starting the classroom
1. Locate the touch panel and tap the screen.
Selecting a source
1. Tap one of the available sources located in the center of the touch panel.
Note: The active source will appear different in color. Ex. "PC A" is the selected source in the picture above.
Airmedia source is for wireless connections. Ex..Laptops or cell phones.
Adjust room volume
1. Under "Program Volume" in the bottom right hand corner of the touch panel is a speaker plus (volume up) and speaker minus (volume down).
2. Mute the sound with the Mute button.
Note: The program volume mute icon will appear different in color when source volume is muted. Ex. Source volume is muted in the picture above.
3. Under "Presenter Volume" in the bottom right hand corner of the touch panel is a microphone plus (handheld volume up) and microphone minus (handheld volume down).
3. Under "Audience Mic" in the bottom right hand corner of the touch panel is a microphone with an 'X' inside it. This will mute the room microphone.
Note: The audience microphone icon will appear different in color when ceiling microphone is muted. Ex. ceiling microphone is muted in the picture above.
Camera Control
1. If the room has built in cameras, click the camera icon in the bottom left to access settings.
2. Using the D-pad you can control the direction the camera is pointing.
3. On the right hand side of the touch panel is a plus (zoom in) and minus (zoom out).
4. If the cameras support face tracking, click the toggle switch next to "tracking" to turn on.
5. If the room has multiple cameras, switch between them here.
5. To save the camera position as a preset click "Add new".

6. To view a presets settings, click the arrow icon.
7. To exit camera settings, click the green 'Close' button.
Shutdown the classroom
1. Tap the Power icon in the lower left hand corner to show the shutdown page.
2. Tap "Turn Off".
Advanced Control
1. Tap the gear icon to access advanced settings.
2. Adjust sound levels, control projector screens (if supported), and manage divide/combine rooms (if supported) here.
3. Tap the display icon to access routing settings.
4. Route video to multiple displays here (if supported).
