Kasa Smart Lights Won't Connect

Follow these steps to reconnect smart light bulbs in the Kasa app
  1. Factory reset smart lights by turning lights on and off 5 times, pausing 1 second in between
  2. In the Kasa app, add a new device
  3. Select the type of smart light (e.g. KL100 series)
  4. Change WIFI on iPad to select the TP_LINK_XXXXXXXXX smart bulb
  5. Follow the prompts
  6. When selecting the WIFI, select FVTC-PSK
  7. IT Helpdesk Technician: enter the FVTC-PSK password
  8. Follow the rest of the prompts, installing any firmware updates
