Mitel | How to Hot Desk (login) to a Locked phone
This KB Document provides instructions on how to Hot Desk (login) to a "Locked" Mitel desk phone.
A Mitel desk phone that displays "Locked" on the main screen simply indicates that nobody is logged-in to the phone with an extension. This can happen after a power outage, if you've logged-in to a phone elsewhere, or if someone logs out of the phone.
To login to the phone with your Mitel phone extension, press the button in the lower-left of the screen that corresponds to the "Hot Desk" label.
At the prompt, enter your extension and press the button that corresponds to the "Enter" label.
At the prompt, enter your Mitel PIN and press the button that corresponds to the "Enter" label.
