Printing | How to manually set Tray Settings to correct paper size (Konica Minolta)

This KB Document provides instructions on adjusting the Tray Settings to the correct paper size on a Konica Minolta multi-function printer (MFP).
  1. At the device, login to the PaperCut MF screen with your normal account credentials.
  2. Tap the "Device Functions" button.

    Tap the center "Device Functions" button
  3. In the second column (titled "Paper"), select the Tray you wish to modify, and at the bottom tap "Settings".

    In the 2nd column "Paper", select the appropriate tray and tap "Settings".
  4. On the right, under Paper Size, change from Auto Detect by selecting "Inches".

    Under Paper Size, select "Inches"
  5. Select the correct size of paper and orientation (landscape vs portrait) that's loaded in the tray and tap "Close".

    Select the correct paper size for the tray and tap "Close".
  6. Log out of the printer.
