How To Request Send As Permission for a Shared Mailbox

This document provides the steps required to complete a Service Desk request to be granted send as permissions for faxing purposes.

Open ServiceDesk and click on Create a New Request

Send As 1

Click on Office 365

Send As 2

Click on New Office 365 Request

Send As 3

Enter the full email address in the ticket that you need to have Send As permissions for that is associated with the fax number you use.
