Microsoft is no longer supporting older, legacy technologies to access your FVTC email. See the chart for unsupported technologies and solutions.

Unsupported Device or Application	Solutions
Outlook 2013 and older	Install newer version of Outlook from https://kb.fvtc.edu/freeoffice Access email via the www.fvtc.edu website. Click on Current Students > Email Login & Docs Access email directly via https://outlook.office365.com/ Access email via the default Mail app in Windows 10
Apple iOS and older	Install the Outlook mobile app Access email via the www.fvtc.edu website. Click on Current Students > Email Login & Docs Access email directly via https://outlook.office365.com/ Update to iOS 11+
Android Default Mail app	Install the Outlook mobile app Access email via the www.fvtc.edu website. Click on Current Students > Email Login & Docs Access email directly via https://outlook.office365.com/
