Reporting is available for all call center lines to FVTC.
Click on this link to access the reporting features: 10.5.40.18/CCMWeb (you can also copy/paste. If you are having any issue logging in, please try using FireFox.)
Log in with the username "fvtc\123456789" using you 9 digit employee ID.
Enter your regular FVTC password.
