This document will talk you through reactivating duo mobile app for your FVTC account.
Reactivating Duo Mobile App
This document will work for the following two scenarios:
1. You bought a new phone and kept the same cell phone number
2. You uninstalled the Duo mobile app, but decided to reinstall it
PLEASE NOTE! If you bought a new phone and got a new phone number, you will need to treat it like adding a new device (Duo | Setup )
- Go to staff.fvtc.edu
- Login with your FVTC account that Duo is attached to.
- Click Duo settings
- Provide your second factor for Duo Secuirty. NOTE: if you only have your phone added, you can still use it to receive a phone call or text to provide your second factor.
- Find your cell phone in the list of devices and select "Device options"
- Click "Reactivate Duo Mobile"
- Follow the on screen prompts to reactivate duo mobile on your device.
