Quarantined Email Notification
The email server automatically quarantines risky emails, then notifies you that a message was quarantined in order for you to review.
What to do
If you know the message is not needed, do nothing.
If you are unsure or want to review further:
- Select Review Message
- Select the … menu in the upper-right, select Preview Message
- Click the X in upper right to close the preview
- If the message is not needed, do nothing.
- If the message is needed, select Request Release
- IT will review and release if appropriate
- The message may be delivered to your Junk folder
