Kasa Smart Lights Won't Connect
Follow these steps to reconnect smart light bulbs in the Kasa app
- Factory reset smart lights by turning lights on and off 5 times, pausing 1 second in between
- In the Kasa app, add a new device
- Select the type of smart light (e.g. KL100 series)
- Change WIFI on iPad to select the
TP_LINK_XXXXXXXXX smart bulb
- Follow the prompts
- When selecting the WIFI, select
FVTC-PSK
- IT Helpdesk Technician: enter the
FVTC-PSK
password - Follow the rest of the prompts, installing any firmware updates
