How To Set Up Pronto App
1. Reach FVTC's Blackboard login page by using the following link: https://blackboard.fvtc.edu.
2. Click on Student/Staff Login to log into Blackboard.
3. Enter in your student ID, followed by "@fvtc.edu". Example 123456789@fvtc.edu.
4. You will be prompt to verify you log in attempt via call or text. Both options will work, but text works faster than the call.
5. Once logged in, click on Tools on the left side navigation bar.
6. Click on the Pronto tile.
7. Click Continue.
Note: If you do not see this screen, you may have already set up your Pronto account. Move to step 10.
8. Your Pronto and Blackboard accounts are now linked. Pay attention to the email address stated here, you will need that to log into the mobile app.
Click Okay, I've got the app.
9. Your screen should look like this. Now it is time to log into the app.
10. Download and install the app from your phones software store (Google Play Store, App Store, etc.). (Skip to step 11, if you already have the app installed)

11. Once installed, open the app.
12. Tap Email.
13. Enter in the email that you saw in step 8. No other options will work. If you do not know the correct email to use click here How To Find Your FVTC Email Address.
14. Click Next.
15. A verification email will be sent to that email with a code. Once received, enter that code.
16. You will need to upload a profile picture. Any image will do. You can change it later.
17. Once you are done setting up a profile picture, you should see a screen similar to this.
