Adobe Creative Cloud

- You have a Adobe Creative Cloud license
- You have installed Adobe Creative Cloud
Fox Valley Technical College provides licenses for Adobe Creative Cloud to employees who need to use one or more of the applications in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. Users with an Adobe Creative Cloud license can install Adobe applications on multiple computers, regardless of operating system. However, the Adobe applications can only be activated on two computers simultaneously and can only be used on one computer at a time.
To install Adobe Creative Cloud applications, you must first install and sign in to the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app.

Install Adobe Creative Cloud from Software Center. When it is complete, launch Adobe Creative Cloud from your Windows menu.
When prompted to sign in to Adobe Creative Cloud, at the Adobe prompt enter your FVTC email address (first name [dot] last name and the last-four digits of your FVTC ID followed by "@fvtc.edu") and click Continue.

You will then be redirected to the standard FVTC sign in page where you will sign in with your nine-digit FVTC ID number followed by "@fvtc.edu" (example: 123456789@fvtc.edu), provide your password, and complete Multi-Factor Authentication.
The installation of the Adobe Creative Cloud will then begin, and you will be prompted to answer a series of optional survey questions. You can answer the questions or click Skip question.

Once the installation completes, the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app will automatically launch and again prompt you to sign in. At the Adobe prompt enter your FVTC email address (first name [dot] last name and the last-four digits of your FVTC ID followed by "@fvtc.edu") and click Continue. You will then be redirected to the standard FVTC sign in page where you will sign in with your nine-digit FVTC ID number followed by "@fvtc.edu" (example: 123456789@fvtc.edu), provide your password, and complete Multi-Factor Authentication.
Install Apps
In the Welcome to Adobe Creative Cloud pop-up, click Done. Then click Apps along the sidebar to view all Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

In the Apps menu, search for or scroll to whichever applications (Apps) and versions you wish to Install and manage (e.g. Acrobat).

After the app is installed, you can close the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Both applications should now be listed in your Start Menu under "All Apps".
