Administrative Account Access on VPN

This Knowledge Base document provides instructions for connecting to VPN with administrative credentials.
  1. In the lower-right system tray, locate the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client icon.

  2. Right click on that and select "Quit."

  3. From the Start Menu, search for or locate Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client.

  4. Right Click on the icon and select More > Run As Different User.

    RIght click and More > Run as different user


  5. Enter your administrative account credentials in the dialog box and click OK.

  6. In the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client box, enter 'vpn.fvtc.edu' in the box and click on Connect.

    Enter 'vpn.fvtc.edu' and click Connect
     

  7. Complete the Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) prompt.

  8. Connection is successful after this step.

    VPN established
