Creating an IT Work Order/Service Ticket
This article will show how to create a work order - service ticket.
- From the FVTC home page, click on the staff link. (Top right)
- Click on the Daily News button
- Sign in with your FVTC email address
- On the right side, look for and click on IT, Av & Video...
5. Click on the Tile that says Submit an IT Work Request
6. Select the category that best suits your issue. In this example select New Hardware Request
7. Fill out the requester’s name, Subject (Brief description), Description (Details of the issues - screenshots if you have them), and the Group (if you know what group will be looking into the issue)
8. If you have any attachment files to share, click on the Attach file button towards the bottom.
9. Click the Add request button at the bottom.
