How do I get the new features below?
It's easy to get these new features (Just make sure Teams is already running).
- Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner.
- Select Settings
- Checkmark the bottom box, Turn on new meeting experience...
- Right click on on your Teams icon in the task bar at the bottom of your desktop
- Select Quit -- PLEASE NOTE - you must do this step, not just click on the "X' in the top right corner.
Meetings now open in a new window!
The old way, when you opened a meeting it would stay inside the Teams window, making it difficult to access chats and other Teams Features:

NOW, the meeting opens into a new window, giving you easy access to other features in Teams.
