PLEASE NOTE!  Most of the following resources listed below,  require you to hover over meeting participants to pull up this set of Meeting Controls:

How do I mute my mic?

  1. Hover over the meeting participants to get your Meeting Controls.

  2. Find the microphone and click on it to mute (NOTE! Mute will appear when you hover over a live mic)

  3. Verify your mic has a line through it which means you are muted.

How can I chat with all meeting participants?

  1. Hover over the meeting participants to get your Meeting Controls.

  2. Click on the chat icon.

  3. Verify that your chat is on the right side of meeting window.

How can I share my screen?

  1. Hover over the meeting participants to get your Meeting Controls

  2. Click on the Share Screen icon.

  3. Select the screen, window or application you wish to share.

  4. Verify you are sharing by noting a red box around the screen, window or application you selected.

  5. Click on the Share Screen icon again to turn off screen share.

How can I share a file with all meeting participants?

  1. Once the meeting has started, click on Chat on the left side.

  2. Verify that it defaulted to your current meeting as the top listed chat.

  3. Click on the Files tab at the top of the chat

  4. Click Share in the top left corner.

  5. Select the appropriate drive or location of the file.

  6. Select the File you want to upload

  7. Click the Share button.

  8. Verify the document is now in the files for that meeting.

How can I take meeting notes?

  1. Once the meeting has started, click on Chat on the left side.

  2. Verify that it defaulted to your current meeting as the top listed chat.

  3. Click on Meeting Notes at the top of the chat.

  4. Click on the Take Notes button.

  5. Click on Notes to begin taking notes for all participants to read.

How can I record the meeting?

  1. Hover over the meeting participants to get your Meeting Controls.

  2. Click on the three dots

  3. Click on the Start Recording

  4. Verify that there is a red dot next to your meeting timer

    NOTE!  All participants are also notified that the meeting is being recorded.

  5. To STOP recording, get to meeting controls.

  6. Click on the three dots

  7. Click on Stop Recording

  8. Verify you want to stop by clicking on Stop Recording again.

    NOTE:  All videos will become available meeting notice in the chat. 
    The recorded video will be stored and shared from the OneDrive > Recordings folder of the individual who started the recording.

How can I change my camera backgrounds?
