How to navigate and control the conference room AV system.

Starting the conference room

Note: Hybrid meetings must be connected through the in-room PC to use the camera and microphone system built into the space.
  1. Locate the touch panel and tap the screen to see the system power page.
  2. Tap the PC or Airmedia button to turn on the system.
  3. Airmedia is used to wirelessly display content from external devices

  4. Wait for system to finish booting if you are using Airmedia follow the on-screen instructions to connect.
  5. Volume is adjusted in the lower right of the touch panel.
  6. There is a handheld microphone in the room, just remove from the charging cradle and turn on.

Adjust camera

  1. At the bottom of the touch panel is a camera icon when selected you will see the following.

  2. Use the arrows to move the camera and the plus and minus to set the zoom.
  3. Add New will allow you to add a new preset so you can easily recall it during your meeting. 

Shutdown the classroom

  1. Tap power icon next to the Home to shutdown.
  2. Tap Turn Off to confirm shutdown.
